Overtime report of employees helps the HR department to get complete details of a total number of hours spent by an employee, total required working hours, total overtime hours as well as the total numbers of days with overtime hours.
Overtime hours spent by an employee are integrated to the salary as an overtime payment made for extra working hours. Overtime hours can be integrated either with the employee's salary or with leaves. The overtime hours will be added to the leave balance of an employee.
